Park 'N Fly

So you pay for parking and free shuttle service. They give you the number to call for pickup. So after being away for 53 days I get back at midnight and lots of luggage. We repeatedly called and texted with no response for 45 minutes. Finally had to get a grab to take us to the park n fly. When we arrive both shuttle drivers there, I ask why no one respond. Their lame excuse was the office answers. Well guess what not my problem. We were paying for a service they never fulfilled. Also when we get their with grab they had moved our car and then had to wait more for them to retrieve our car when we pull up where it was supposed to be. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Smooth transaction, no problem. Fast drop off/pickup. BUT my car was missing 13km worth of gas. Sure, my fault for not filling out that part of the form so I have no physical proof (they just asked for a signature). My only proof is that my dashcam was being disconnected. Videos show my car was moved to one spot, then the next video starts at a different spot. There are no recordings of it being moved around. 100% they used my car.

**IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS, I WOULD** I would not recommend Park N Fly to anybody especially if you’re going out of the country. I only tried this cause I saw a post about it online. Mind you, I arrived home from an early morning flight so my family and I were up since 4:30 AM. I called the shuttle right after baggage claim and they told me to wait a little bit. At first I didn’t mind because I thought it would be a 20 - 30 minute wait which was understandable given the traffic. Lo and behold, my family and I were waiting for more than an hour. I called 3 times asking for the location of the driver and the ETA but they couldn’t give me an answer, all they said is that it was traffic and we have to wait. I ended up booking a grab for my family to go back home since I was traveling with a child and someone who’s disabled while I stayed behind to wait for the service. When a shuttle finally came, they were looking for another group who was also expecting the shuttle service. I didn’t notice if they were there before me but this was the second shuttle that passed by Bay 2 in T3 that couldn’t “accommodate me”. Another shuttle arrived a few minutes after the second one and they were looking for the group who already got in the shuttle that came before. The staff were very uncoordinated and they are not trained properly to be in the service industry. I had a lot to say to them when I arrived at the office to claim the car but I didn’t wanna waste my energy. All I said was that they’re very uncoordinated before paying for the extra fees. If you have the money to book a grab or hire a driver, please do so if you don’t want the extra stress of coming home after a long flight abroad just to deal with the worst service here in the Philippines.

I give only 2 stars. The reason is during our departure, things went smoothly I’d say but when we arrived back in Manila their service just went sideways. My father called to inform them that we have arrived already and if they could pick us up. They told us to wait outside only to make us wait for 1 hr. It started raining outside and we have senior citizen, pwd and kids so it was very inconvenient. The driver politely explained and we applaud that. But the admin could have informed us beforehand instead of making us wait. But the annoying part is, it took us almost 30 mins at the parking lot just to wait for our car because of some another admin mishap. Even the driver and other staff in there are wondering why they’re taking so long to release our vehicle. I’d say the drivers are really well trained and professional but aside from that. They need to improve their service to avoid disappointing and causing inconveniences to their clients.

Disappointed customer here. The reason i wanted their parking services was to have may car detailed at the same time... Their detailing and other services wasn't elaborated on there website thus I called up there office said that i just have it tell the desk about my add on services. On check in day, the desk told me that they cannot accommodate the detailing services due as i only booked 3 days. I was really disappointed and upset. They could have me that prior booking when i phoned their office or the website should have that information. I could have had my car parked at the airport instead which is a lot cheaper. Im not returning nor recommend them. 👎👎👎
